Nutritional Therapy is a science and research based complementary therapy which works from a Functional Medicine perspective. Functional medicine is personalized medicine that deals with primary prevention and underlying causes instead of symptoms. It is anchored by an examination of the core clinical imbalances that underlie various disease conditions. Nutritional Therapy tackles current health issues and promotes optimum long term health by addressing these imbalances and supporting the body towards normal function.
Nutritional Therapy can help alleviate a wide range of conditions and assist in the recovery from many situations of ill health.
Common areas of work include:-

Digestive dysfunction
Hormone imbalances
Immune function
Circulatory conditions
Energy issues
Weight problems
Skin conditions
Detoxification

Working in collaboration with you I provide a individual, personal nutritional plan and recommendations which supports the body towards good health and positive vitality.
